For convenience and efficiency, we offer complimentary Meet & Assist services in Athens International Airport.
Uniformed personnel will meet you upon arrival at the door of your commercial flight or on the jet way. If it’s not practical and in case your airplane is not utilizing a jet way, we will meet you upon your entrance to the Main Terminal Building.
Together with our staff, you will pass Immigration, collect the luggage, clear customs and with VIP ground transportation, we shuttle you to the heliport or the dedicated General Aviation Facility.
Our operations department monitors the inbound commercial or private jet flight to have enough time to reschedule. In case there are any delays, we will do our best to update the outbound flight accordingly.
As a rule of thumb, we are flexible for up to 1 hour delay. We also try to anticipate delay due to lost luggage.
Even with longer delays, we will try to serve our clients with minimal hustle.
Worst case scenario, according with our operation capabilities, we reschedule the flight, but also must take into considerations, the slots on the arrival airports and the day light limitations on the helicopter flights.
